LinkedIn Makes Dynamic Ads Available in Campaign Manager via Self-Service

LinkedIn Dynamic Ads will soon be available to all advertisers directly in Campaign Manager.

With this change, advertisers can set up Dynamic Ads on their own through Campaign Manager’s self-service options.

That makes it the easiest option available for setting up LinkedIn Dynamic ads, which are displayed on the desktop website.

In addition, for the first time, advertisers can monitor the performance of their Dynamic Ads in Campaign Manager and leverage A/B testing.

Dynamic Ads allow advertisers to automatically customize ad creative based on information that’s publicly available in LinkedIn profiles.

As the company’s announcement states, Dynamic Ads was the only ad unit that wasn’t available via self-service in Campaign Manager.

“LinkedIn Marketing Solutions has now made all key formats available via self service, making it easy for all online marketers — regardless of size — to leverage LinkedIn’s advertising tools, so they can achieve their marketing goals. Dynamic Ads is the final native ad unit to become available on a self service basis.”

LinkedIn emphasizes the following benefits of using Dynamic Ads to reach customers:

  • Personalization: Creative is automatically personalized with each member’s profile info, such as their photo, first name, company, and job title.
  • Scalability: Build creative and write ad copy once, and the rest is done automatically. This includes pre-built templates auto-translation for users who speak different languages.
  • Achieving multiple objectives: Drive brand awareness with “follower ads,” or drive traffic and website conversions with “spotlight ads.”

Dynamic Ads will be available in Campaign Manager for all businesses within the next week.
